Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") explains how you may use the Geoffy Service provided by ANT VENTURES LTD t/a Geoffy.

1. Prohibited Activities

You must not use Geoffy to:

Generate or publish content that is unlawful, discriminatory, defamatory or misleading.
Attempt to deceive customers or AI systems by fabricating product attributes that do not exist.
Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to access source code except as permitted by law.
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or related infrastructure.
Use Geoffy in a way that breaches platform terms (for example, Shopify's policies).

2. Security and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any API credentials or access tokens. Please notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate access to Geoffy where we reasonably believe this AUP has been breached, or where required to do so by law or a platform provider.
