Billing and Refund Policy

This Billing and Refund Policy describes how subscriptions and payments are handled for Geoffy, a product operated by ANT VENTURES LTD t/a Geoffy.

1. Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (for example, monthly or annually) unless otherwise agreed. Charges are processed by or on behalf of ANT VENTURES LTD t/a Geoffy.

2. Free Trials

If we offer a free trial, you will not be charged until the end of the trial period. If you do not wish to continue, you must uninstall or cancel before the trial ends.

3. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time by uninstalling Geoffy from your Shopify store or via the relevant billing interface. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.

4. Refunds

As a general rule, subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started. We may, at our discretion, issue refunds in cases of duplicate charges, demonstrable billing errors or where required by consumer law.

5. Taxes

Fees may be subject to VAT or other applicable taxes, which will be added where required by law.
