Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your use of Geoffy (the "Service"). By installing the Geoffy Shopify app, creating an account or accessing the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. The Service

Geoffy is a Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) platform that analyses ecommerce product data and generates structured content to help your catalogue become more legible to AI assistants and AI search engines. The Service does not guarantee any particular ranking, visibility or commercial outcome.

3. Merchant Responsibilities

As a merchant user you are responsible for:

• Ensuring that you have the right to use any data or content you connect to Geoffy.
• Complying with Shopify's terms and any other applicable platform rules.
• Reviewing GEO content before it is published on your storefront.
• Ensuring that your use of Geoffy and any content generated complies with all applicable laws.

4. Licence

ANT VENTURES LTD grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for your own business purposes. You may not sub-licence, resell or commercially exploit Geoffy except as permitted in a separate written agreement.

5. Payment and Billing

Subscription fees, billing periods and any free trial terms are described at the point of signup or in your agreement with us. All fees are payable to ANT VENTURES LTD t/a Geoffy. Please see the Billing & Refund Policy for more detail.

6. Data and Privacy

Our use of personal data is described in the Geoffy Privacy Policy. You remain the data controller for any personal data relating to your customers, and Geoffy acts as a data processor where applicable. A standard form Data Processing Addendum is available on request.

7. Availability and Changes

We aim to keep the Service available and up to date, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the Service from time to time, while acting reasonably and giving notice where appropriate.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ANT VENTURES LTD will not be liable for any indirect, consequential or special loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data or business opportunity. Our total aggregate liability in relation to the Service will not exceed the amount you have paid to us in subscription fees in the six (6) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

You may uninstall Geoffy at any time via your Shopify admin. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you materially breach these Terms, misuse the platform, or if required to do so by law or by a platform provider such as Shopify.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to these Terms or the Service.
